Return Policy:

RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW RESALABLE CONDITION

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return your item at any time within 30 days of order date.

All products returned must be in NEW UNUSED condition, 100% complete & contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of receipt of the product.

All items must have an RA# and be received in a new, unused condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a full refund, excluding any shipping costs.

CSE Offroad does not accept returns on used items, custom-painted products or items shipped via truck freight.



CSE Offroad will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will CSE Offroad reimburse for any damages incurred during installation or use of product.

* Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Shipping Policy:

* Most orders $69 and over qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Some oversized items may require truck freight or special Over sized handling fees. These items do not quality for free shipping. If the product you are interested in requires truck freight or special handling, and our website does not display the rates at time of purchase (very rare), the website will still allow you to checkout with free shipping. This only means we cannot estimate accurate shipping rates for those item(s) ahead of time and we will contact you after the purchase with accurate shipping rates to your location.

* FREE Shipping Details and exclusions: Shipping and handling fee is waived on most orders over $69 in the contiguous 48 United States. (HI, AK, PR, US Territories, International, and Canadian orders are excluded) Qualifying order total is based on product subtotal葉axes and non-standard shipping charges are not included as a qualifying cost. You are responsible for non-standard shipping charges such as special handling surcharges and oversize fees (where indicated), Truck Freight fees, expedited shipping, hazardous materials charges, etc. Offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges

* In the event the customer returns an item originally sold with free shipping, the customer is responsible for covering our original costs of shipping the item.

* We do not consider Saturday and Sunday as business days. If you place your order on a weekend, it will be processed for shipping on the next business day.

* Products may ship in multiple boxes at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

* Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Most products are shipped by UPS, FedEx and USPS.

* If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you and let you know. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Because this is considered a special order, your credit card will be charged at the time of order.

*Terms and Conditions for International Orders:

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and value-added fees at customs. Custom fees, duties and taxes are accessed by your country at time of delivery.

Typographical Errors:

We try our best but we are only human. Occasionally we may make an error inputing information such as incorrect prices or descriptions. If you notice an error please let us know. Sorry, but we cannot honor price typos.

Product Liability:

CSE OFFROAD has no control over the use of any product. CSE OFFROAD therefore expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any product. CSE OFFROAD assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind due to any misuse or improper application of any products in any way, by any person.

The Customer assumes all Product liability. Install these products at YOUR OWN RISK.

Warranty Information:

Products sold by CSE OFFROAD are covered solely by the warranties provided by the manufacturer. CSE OFFROAD hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. CSE OFFROAD neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of our products and merchandise. CSE OFFROAD shall not be liable for any labor or other costs associated with the installation of our products and merchandise.

All manufacturers names, part numbers, symbols, photos, and descriptions are used for reference purposes only and it is not implied that any part listed is the product approved by any of these manufacturers.
